Ingredients
1 ounce light rum
1 ounce sour mix
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce Cointreau
6 ounces cubed, seeded red watermelon
3/4 ounce dark rum
Method
Combine all of the ingredients except the dark rum in a blender and blend at high speed.
Fill a hurricane glass with ice and pour the blended drink over it; float the dark rum on
top. Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a sprig of mint
