Ingredients
1 pound tomatillos, husked, rinsed, rough copped
3 serrano chiles
3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 teaspoon coarse salt
Method
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or in a blender and puree.
Serve with blue corn chips or over grilled shrimp or chicken.
