Spicy Olive Tapenade
I also call his faux caviar because it ends up looking very similar to caviar and has a very pronounced saltiness. This is great on table water crackers and served with Champagne.

Ingredients
1 lb oil-cured black olives, pitted
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, quartered
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
2 garlic cloves, smashed
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
Put all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal chopping blade. Pulse until thoroughly chopped and combined. Scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle with additional extra virgin olive oil. Serve with crackers.
