Parmesan Garlic Martini Biscuits
Ingredients
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons butter, chilled
4 tablespoons grated Parmigiano Reggiano
3 cloves roasted garlic
Pinch of salt

Method
Process all ingredients in a food processor until a dough is formed. Roll into a log about 1 1/2-inches in diameter, wrap in plastic, and chill until firm, about 1 hour

Heat oven to 350
Slice dough 1/4-inch thick; place 2 inches apart on a Silpat or parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Cool on a wire rack
