Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups quick cooking oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries ["craisins"]
Method
Set your oven racks in the upper two-thirds of your oven. Preheat oven to 350.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla
for 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder,
and salt. Add to butter mixture 1 cup at a time. Mix in raisins and craisins. Drop by
spoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes
