Ingredients
New York Strip Steaks
coarse salt
freshly ground black pepper
Lawry’s Jalapeno Seasoned Salt
Dry steak rub
Red Wine Vinaigrette
Method
Use a generous amount of dry rub and rub into both sides of steaks. Place steaks
in a glass dish and cover with the vinaigrette. Cover dish and marinate in
refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.Prepare barbecue and grill steaks from rare to medium-
rare.
Alternatively, broil in oven to same doneness.
