Ingredients
2 limes, sliced
2 lemons, sliced
2 large Granny Smith Apples, peeled and sliced
2 750ml bottles of Chablis
1 1/2 cups simple syrup
1 cup brandy
2 bottles club soda
Method
Combine the fruit, Chablis, simple syrup and brandy. Chill at least 2 hours. Gently
stir in the club soda. Serve over ice with additional sliced fruit in each glass.
