I keep this in my salt pig
Ratio of ingredients:
1 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup finely ground black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried basil
Combine in a jar or in a bowl and shake or stir to incorporate.
Use in place of salt when cooking.
Note: sometimes I add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
