This pesto would be great on pasta, grilled fish and meat or vegetables
Ingredients
1 cup hazelnuts, toasted lightly, skins removed
2 cups packed fresh parsley leaves, washed and dried
2 large garlic cloves
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons hazelnut oil
freshly ground black pepper
coarse salt
Method
In a food processor blend together pesto ingredients with pepper and salt to taste until
smooth.
