Cranberry Apple Orange Relish

There are countless versions of cranberry relish. I happen to think this is one of the
best.
Ingredients
1 package cranberries [fresh or frozen (see note)]
3/4 – 1 cup sugar
1 Granny Smith apple, not peeled
1 beautiful Naval orange, not peeled
Method
Wash well the orange and the apple. Quarter each. Seed the apple and take the
white pith out of the center of the orange.
Put the cranberries in a food processor; and add the sugar, apple quarters and
orange quarters. Use quick pulses to mince the relish. Scoop into a bowl, cover and
refrigerate overnight.
Serve in a pretty crystal bowl.
Note: Frozen cranberries will give your relish a prettier and more intense red color.
