Coffee & Peppercorn Crusted Steaks

The combination of the coffee beans and peppercorns is truly wonderful.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons whole coffee beans
3tablespoons whole black peppercorns
4 NY Strip Steaks [about 1� thick, 3/4 lb each]
vegetable oil spray [either commercial or use a Misto brand-type sprayer]
coarse salt
Method
Grind the coffee beans and peppercorns in a food processor. [I don’t
recommend using your coffee grinder, unless you have a separate one for spices].
Press the mixture into both sides of the steaks.
Spray the steaks lightly with vegetable oil and grill over direct heat 8 to 10 minutes,
turning once halfway through the grilling time, or until desired doneness.Remove
steaks from grill and season both sides with salt.
Allow steaks to rest 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
