| Cocktail Sauce |
Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
1 - 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 - 3 dashes Tabasco
Method
Mix all ingredients together and let stand 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve
with seafood.
Variation: Fin and Claw Cocktail Sauce
Prepare as directed but use 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup chili sauce instead of
all of the ketchup.
