Chambord Fudge Truffles
Ingredients
8 oz. finely chopped pecans
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup Chambord
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 lb. white chocolate, melted

Method
Melt chocolate with butter and condensed milk in microwave, cool to tepid, mix in nuts, Chambord, & sugar. Drop by tiny dollops onto waxed paper & freeze until set.  Dip in 1 lb. melted Commercial White Chocolate Candy. For fudge, increase the confectionery sugar to 4 cups. Let set until really firm in refrigerator & cut into bite size pieces. Put into tiny candy paper cups
