No need to buy specialized flour, like cake flour, when it's easy to make your own.
Method For every 3/4 cup of sifted all – purpose flour, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Baker's Tip: Store your flour in a metal cansiter with a tight - fitting lid. Use a permanent marker to write the ratio of flour to cornstarch on the inside of the lid so you will always have it with the flour.
