Ingredients
1 quart buttermilk
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 large yellow onion, peeled and sliced thin
2 teaspoons prepared horesradish
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon coarse salt
freshly ground black pepper
Method
Mix all ingredients and use to marinate poultry, game or lamb.
