Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 shot vodka, whisky, bourbon, spirit of your choice
dash Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
coarse salt
1 whole egg*
*Pregnant women, infants, the elderly and those with a compromised immune system
should not eat raw or partially cooked eggs
Method
Pour the olive oil into a tall glass. Swirl it around and dump it out. Pour the shot,
Worcestershire Sauce, ketchup and salt into the glass and mix thoroughly. Carefully
crack the egg without breaking the yolk and slide it into the glass. Drink immediately all
at once.
