Chunky Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette

Note: If you like a smoother consistency, crumble the cheese more finely.
Ingredients
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
6 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
coarse salt
freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup coarsely crumbled bleu cheese
Method
Whisk the cider vinegar, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper together in a
small bowl. Add the olive oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth.
Whisk in the bleu cheese. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Use immediately or cover
and refrigerate.
