Ingredients
1 pint Hellmann’s or Best Foods mayonnaise
1 1/4 pints sour cream
coarse salt
freshly ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
10 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled and divided
Method
Mix together all of the ingredients except half of the bleu cheese. Gently
fold in the remaining bleu cheese crumbles. Add a little cream or half &
half or milk to thin as desired.
