| Ingredients 1 12 ounce can beer 1/2 cup vinaigrette 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Method Mix all ingredients and use to marinate poultry, beef, game or shrimp. |
