Bacon & Avocado Sandwiches
Ingredients
12 slices bacon
1/2 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
6 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
3 ripe Haas avocados, split in half, pitted, skinned and sliced sprinkled with 3 teaspoons Fresh lemon juice
8 slices favorite whole grain bread, toasted
1 cup radish sprouts
Coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Method
Cook bacon until crisp, then transfer with tongs to paper towels to drain.

Stir together mayonnaise, chives, dill, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Make sandwiches with toast, herb mayonnaise, avocado, bacon, and sprouts, seasoning with salt and pepper.
