Anchovy Sauce
Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 anchovy fillets, drained, chopped
1 tablespoon whole milk

Method
Combine butter, anchovies, and milk in small saucepan over low heat. Cook until anchovies dissolve, mashing with back of spoon and stirring often, about 3 minutes [Do Not Boil].

Schmear on sliced and toasted baguette; serve as an hors d’oeuvres.
